K-12 educators are invited to explore the ways in which design can be used as a catalyst for positive action by touring Cooper Hewitt’s temporary exhibitions, By the People: Designing a Better America, and Scraps: Fashion, Textiles and Creative Reuse. Educators will explore exhibition content, workshop strategies for integrating socially responsible design into their curriculum, and participate in hands-on design activities that encourage creative collaboration.

A continental breakfast will be served.

This FREE event will be held at 2 East 91st Street on Monday, January 30th from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
