In the Process Lab on 1st floor.

Installed in the museum’s Process Lab, learn how designers use and create sounds to enhance the user experience and give objects human-like personalities. Design your own sound effects for Trash Bot, a robotic street-cleaning machine!

Located on the 2nd floor.

Cooper Hewitt's collection of over 10,000 wallcovering designs is the inspiration for this high-tech experience. Visitors create their own wallpaper patterns and project them on the walls to see the impact.
