Gregory Herringshaw is the Assistant Curator in charge of the Wallcoverings Department at the Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum, Smithsonian Institution, and has worked at the Museum for more than twenty years. He has curated two exhibitions at the Cooper-Hewitt including Wall Stories: Children’s Wallpaper and Books and Artist-Designed Wallpapers. Herringshaw received an MA in Museum Studies from the Fashion Institute of Technology, SUNY, New York, in 1991 and a BFA in Studio Arts from Wayne State University, Detroit, in 1987.
