This exhibition showcases the Cooper-Hewitt Museum’s permanent historic silver collection. Featured in the exhibition are a seventeenth-century Augsburg German charger, a mid-eighteenth-century French candelabra, and three centuries of English silver—including a tea urn by Thomas Heming, the royal goldsmith to King George III.
