INTERVIEWS


Designers Doyle and Kluepfel, former employees of M&Co., have implemented structures from the history of printing in new scales and contexts. In their work, the classical book collides with the modern magazine. Typographic conventions such as initial caps, footnotes, side bars, and borders become poster-sized elements bursting off the page or minute details packed into the margins.
